01 — How I plan

One integrated schedule, from contract award to delivery.

An illustrative Integrated Master Schedule showing what I build and govern: a WBS-driven hierarchy, finish-to-start logic, the critical path, baseline versus current, progress against a data date and key milestones.

02 — Profile

Schedule quality you can make decisions on.

I'm a Project Controls and Master Scheduling specialist with a career spanning shipbuilding, construction, oil & gas and industrial projects. I develop and govern Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), Integrated Program Schedules (IPS) and L3/L4 operational schedules — and the processes that keep them accurate.

As Lead Scheduler at Seaspan Vancouver Shipyards, I support multi-disciplinary teams across PMO, Engineering, Operations and Planning, driving schedule quality, forecasting accuracy, baseline integrity and data-driven decision-making.

I'm PMP-certified, an advanced Primavera P6 user, and work to DCMA schedule quality standards, Earned Value Management practices and complex EPC program workflows.

03 — Schedule hierarchy

From executive milestones to the work face

Each level rolls up into the next, so leadership and crews read the same plan.

04 — Full lifecycle

Every phase, bid to commissioning

Deep knowledge of project procedures in each phase, so the schedule reflects how the work is really sequenced.
